| Clients can pay by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and personal check. A $250 per person deposit is required once reservations are agreed upon. Total payment is due 60 days prior to departure. | Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure: all monies will be refunded less $175/person. Within 30 to 60 days of departure the refund is less $250/person. Cancellations received within 30 days of departure are $300/person plus any non-recoverable costs from airlines, hotels and any other service suppliers. Please note in recent years some hotels have extended their cancellation penalty periods to more than 30 days out. There are no refunds for unused portions of a land package. Unused airline ticket refunds will comply with the particular airline’s policy. |

| Once payment is made to LTL for a confirmed reservation, any booking changes incur a $50/change charge above the cost of the trip. For reservations made within 6 weeks of departure, there’s a $50 late booking charge to cover necessary extra charges i.e., phone/fax, bank, and delivery costs. For those purchasing a ‘land only’ package, there’s a $150/adult and $100/child service fee. |

| Land arrangements and other services included in this brochure are not offered at net. Prices include costs of: research, development, planning, web site design; communication, administration and operations; and agent commissions. LTL reserves the right to increase tour prices to reflect any increased costs, tariffs and taxes and fluctuations in currency exchange rates. |

| The exertive nature of skiing and other active sports should be avoided by unconditioned travelers of all ages, those with impaired physical conditions and/or health problems. LTL, their agents and all other suppliers cannot be held responsible if the traveler incurs an injury while participating in an activity and/or is unable to fully participate in activities due to limitations of health, age or physical abilities. All travelers engaged in strenuous physical activities do so at their own risk and relinquish any and all rights whatsoever to make claims for any damages due to injuries sustained during such activities. |
